In partnership with SAY Women, a charity supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse and homelessness, I completed an impact evaluation of the resource services. Using personas to represent the diverse needs of their service users, I identified patterns and challenges, offering actionable insights for SAY Women to improve their service design. This approach grounded the evaluation in the lived experiences of the young women and resource staff at the charity.
